WANDERERS are looking for volunteers to do maintenance work at Adams Park.
There is an urgent need to do some basic maintenance at Adams Park. To save on the cost of contractors, the Trust is hoping to put together a team of volunteers and to do this work on one or more Sundays during September and October.
We need people with basic gardening, painting, maintenance or carpentry skills and also anyone who is prepared to just help those who have those skills.
We realise that a number of Trust members did volunteer their assistance (although not specifically for this) shortly after the acquisition, but as membership numbers have grown considerably since then, we have decided to make a general appeal.
That means that even if you aren't yet a member of the Trust but are prepared to help, then we would be very pleased to hear from you.
If you are prepared to consider helping, please contact John Derben, who is leading this project at: jderben@brendoncare.org.uk
