WANDERERS could be in for a timely cash injection with Cardiff City tabling a bid thought to be about £500,000 for former midfielder Matty Phillips.
Phillips made his name at Blues during their promotion-winning campaign of 2009, breaking into the England set up and earning himself a big-money transfer to Blackpool.
That deal came with a healthy sell-on clause, which could see Blues cashing in again on the Aylesbury-born star.
