NIKKI Bull praised the role played by stand-in centre half Danny Foster on Saturday.

The right-back was forced to play in the middle of defence after injury and illness to Blues' usual centre halves and Bull said he can be proud of a job well done.

He said: "Fossie's shown since he's been at Wycombe, whether he's played right-back, left-back or centre half, he always does a job for the team. He's our Mr Reliable and doesn't get too much credit or praise, but every week he's seven out of ten.

"You can rely on Fossie and again on Saturday he stepped into an unfamiliar position. It's not easy marking Ben Burgess - he's given away about a foot in height - but he still managed to win his headers and put in a great shift for the team."
