THE cheeky exploits of Wycombe Wanderers star Nathan Tyson were mimicked by the pint-sized footy players on The Rye this weekend.

Loudwater FC's very own Tyson, nine-year-old Luke Symonds, pushed the ball over the line with his head just as Wanderers' hotshot did against Wrexham in last week's match.

Luke, who plays in midfield, said: "I think the goal was a bit silly but it was fun to try it out."

Luke's side were playing rivals Gerrards Cross and Fulmer on Sunday morning. He tried the scoring technique during half time, but didn't get the chance to put it into action in the game.
