WANDERERS made it two wins in four days when they thrashed Wrexham 4-1 on Tuesday.
Another brace by goal machine Nathan Tyson, allied to strikes by Kevin Betsy and Tommy Mooney, were more than enough to dismiss the Welsh outfit.
Tyson got the ball rolling when he rounded the keeper to score in the 16th minute.
Betsy then maintained his goalscoring form when he netted six minutes later after rounding the keeper.
Blues could have added to their lead but they went into the break with a healthy 2-0 lead.
Wanderers manager John Gorman would have been looking for his side to move on from there but, instead, it was Wrexham who were next to score.
There looked to be little danger on 54 minutes when Mark Jones received the ball 25-yards out wide on the right.
But his long-range effort evaded the dive of Wanderers goalkeeper Frank Talia and ended up in the back of the net to make it 2-1.
But thoughts that Blues fans would have to endure another night of biting their fingernails were extinguished when Mooney restored Wanderers' two-goal lead almost immediately.
And there was still time for Wycombe to add a fourth goal when Tyson scored on the rebound.
