WANDERERS and Wasps have been told they must take down their club shop in the stadium car park at the end of this season.
They were denied a third temporary planning permission for the Rova cabin and have been issued with an enforcement notice.
Cllr Pam Priestly, chair of the Development Control Committee, said: "The shop has been granted two temporary planning permissions, the last one being last summer, but we don't think we can allow a third term.
"We feel you have had plenty of time to come up with a permanent solution and the club can submit a planning application for us to consider for a new club shop. We are issuing an enforcement notice so the temporary club shop will have to stop trading and be removed from the grounds by May 31, 2006 or enforcement action will be taken."
The clubs won't submit a fresh plan until they finalise their other stadium extension proposals.
