MARLOW take on Chertsey Town today in their final pre-season game with assistant manager Graham Bressington keen for his team to keep making progress.
After an impressive 2-0 victory over Wantage, Marlow maintained their start with a good 4-1 win over Wokingham on Saturday and Bressington wants more of the same today.
He said: "We believe we are going forward. There's not a massive amount that needs to be done.
"The young players will be getting better the more matches they play, while the players with more experience will be bringing the young ones on."
There was an element of physicality in Marlow's win over Wokingham, with a number of players not scared to put their foot in.
But Bressington has no problem about that.
He said: "Every side that wins anything has a certain physicality and steel in their players.
"If players want to mix it, I don't have a problem with it."
Goals by Robert Gibson, Jermaine Hamilton, Jeff Brown and Jack Smillie secured Saturday's win
