Cricket: JAMES Wood and Barney Atkins both made record-breaking centuries for Bucks U12 as they thrashed Dorset.
The batsmen put on a Bucks U12 record of 250 for the second wicket as their team scored a superb 273-4 off 45 overs.
Wood finished on 121, with skipper Atkins compiling 110.
Bucks made some early breakthroughs to the Dorset reply with David Heavyside (2-23) taking two wickets as the visitors ended up well short on 125-5.
Bucks U12 won the match by 248 runs.
l Bucks U11 bowlers were in sparkling form as they thrashed Suffolk by nine wickets on Sunday.
Suffolk won the toss but never stood a chance as they were bowled out for just 42.
High Wycombe CC's Bradley Scriven, Izad Khan, from Winchmore Hill, and Jamie Gardiner of Gayhurst School, grabbed three wickets apiece, with Jack MacIver, from Gateway School, getting the other Suffolk wicket.
In reply, Scriven hit 14 not out and Gardiner made an unbeaten 20 as Bucks reached their total for the loss of just one wicket.
Bucks U11 are due to play Essex today at Woodford Wells CC.
l A good all-round performance saw Bucks U10 beat Leicestershire U10 by six wickets in a superb win at Stony Stratford on Monday.
Joshua Hill bagged three wickets as Leicestershire were bowled out for 86 runs in 33 overs. Joe Hankinson and George Shiel also weighed in with two wickets apiece.
In reply, High Wycombe's Jack Scriven scored 28 and Liam Gough, of Winslow CC, made 33 as Bucks U10 recahed their target for the loss of four wickets.
Bucks U10 take on Somerset on Tuesday at Westbury CC.
