STEVE Hayes wants to know who is watching Wanderers and fans buying tickets for the Chelsea game on July 13 are being asked a series of questions.
Hayes wants to build up a data base of information on the clubs fans and says it is vital to help him improve the club.
Supporters applying for Chelsea tickets are being asked to fill out an application form giving their name, address, contact details and date of birth.
Hayes accepts he could lose some fans on the way but says it is a risk worth taking as he bids to improve the experience for Blues fans.
He said: "We can't move this club forward unless we get proper data on people. We need to know who they are, their age, what sort of things they like, what they enjoy, where they sit and gather information from speaking to them."
The club are set to install new customer relationship software at the club which will help them compile details on supporters and their habits. All data gathered will stay within the club and will not be available to other companies.
