WYCOMBE Phoenix Harrier Mark Booth smashed the 22-year-old Bucks Schools Championship record when he romped to victory in the 1,500m race in Milton Keynes.
He dominated the race from start to finish to win it in a lightning-quick time of four minutes, 21.9 seconds to guarantee him entry to the English Schools Finals.
His Harriers clubmate Will Langley was third in the race, which was held at the Stantonbury Stadium in Milton Keynes.
