JUDO: Stokenchurch Club have had a busy time picking up medals galore in recent months.
Shaun Banks was in action over the Bank Holiday weekend at Bradley Stoke and he came away with a gold medal, despite losing his first match.
After being defeated, Banks dusted himself down and won his next three fights by ten-point margins to claim the gold.
Eight-year-old Edward Lunn came back with two silvers in his individual and team events.
Earlier on, Joe Morris won a bonze medal in the U27kgs at the Ipswich Mini Mons, while Banks and Sean McKellar retruned from the Ravenna Special Needs International with silver medals.
At the Bucks Mini Mon at High Wycombe, seven members of the club took part, with five winning medals.
There was gold for Carrie Eales at U36kg, while four bronze medals were won by Morris (U27kgs), Megan Bennett (U28kgs), Angus Allman (U34kgs) and And Simms (U34kgs).
Morris also won bronze at the Hornchurch Mini Mons, with Megan Williams taking gold in the U44kgs.
