AYOOLA Erinle will make his first appearance for England's senior team when he starts against the Barbarians tomorrow.

The Wasps centre, who was a late call-up to the squad, takes his place alongside clubmates Tom Voyce and Paul Sackey.

The game at Twickenham will see Sackey make his international debut and complete a remarkable turnaround. Just six months ago, Sackey was in the doldrums at London Irish, starved of service and cutting a forlorn figure on the wing. But he then signed for Wasps and has transformed his game, playing an integral part in Wasps' Premiership title win.

Voyce returns to the side for the first time since last year's summer tour of Australasia. He will play at full back, with Sackey on the wing and Erinle in the centre. Erinle, who scored 11 tries for Wasps during the season, told Wasps' Buzzline: "I really thank God for the opportunity I've had and hopefully I'll make sure that it is a stepping stone for things to come rather than just a flash in the pan.

"I'm absolutely delighted. It's everyone's dream to represent their country."

On the bench is Peter Richards, who played for Wasps for the last two years but will turn out for Gloucester next season.

The match kicks off at 3pm.
