IAN McGeechan's first competitive game in charge of Wasps will be in a double header at Twickenham.
Wasps are playing against Saracens and will be looking to banish their opening-day blues.
They have lost six of their last seven opening-day fixtures, including last year's match at Twickenham when they went down 13-11 despite having most of the possession and chances.
Leicester Tigers will have an early chance to gain revenge on Wasps for their 39-14 drubbing in the Zurich Grand Final.
The Tigers visit Wasps in the second game of the new season in a mouth-watering clash in the league, now sponsored by Guinness.
The Christmas period also throws up some intriguing matches, with Wasps scheduled to entertain Gloucester on Boxing Day before visiting London Irish for a New Year's Day fixture, where a large crowd will be expected at the Madejski Stadium.Wasps' final match of the regular season is at Gloucester, with the Guinness Premiership Semi-Final taking place a week later. The Grand Final is on May 27.
Wasps' Heineken Cup adventure gets underway in October with their first game, while the final round of pool matches is in January.
Next year's pool groupings are being decided differently, with only the six top teams being seeded.
That means Wasps could end up in another group of death or be given a relatively easy passage to the quarter-finals, which take place on the weekend of March 31-April 2.
Wasps will also be hoping to improve on last year's Powergen Cup embarrassment, when they were taken to extra time by National One side Bristol and were then thrown out of the competition after fielding an ineligible player.
The cup competition begins in October, with the Twickenham final taking place in April.
