VERSATILE Jo Wade showed her all-round ability as her Windsor Slough Eton & Hounslow (WSEH) team romped home to victory in Division one of the Southern Women's League on Saturday.
The Totteridge resident had convincing wins in the discus and the javelin and finished runner-up in the hammer.
Not content with that, Wade added points in both hurdles races as WSEH collected 233 points to beat the Channel Islands into second place.
Beaconsfield High's Steph Wilson clocked up another winning run in the 800m with a season's best of two minutes, 14.7 seconds.
Bucks County U15 200m champion Becky Richards clocked 28.4secs to win over her favoured distance and she followed that up with second in the U15 javelin with a throw of 19.65metres.
Karoline Headley, of Dr Challoners High, won the B-string event in the same discipline with a throw of 16.09m.
In the National Junior League fixture at Basingstoke, Laura Edwards made a great debut in the 400m hurdles.
After a relaxed first 100m, she picked up the pace to accelerate past her opponents to win in 71.2secs.
Wycombe High's Natalie Reinoso was also trying a new event, throwing more than 21m in the hammer.
She also putted the shot more than eight metres and won the javelin as WSEH extended their lead at the top of the league.
In the Junior Men Premier League clash in Kent, David Blackman threw a personal best 41.98m in the javelin.
David James, of the Misborne School, was in fine form at the BACYP Youth Clubs games at Eton on Sunday. Representing WSEH the Under 17 athlete won both of his races over 100m and 200m in excellent times of 11.8 secs and 23.9 secs respectively.
