WANDERERS: Mansfield Town have joined Darlington and Wanderers in the race for Conference striker Charlie Griffin.
Griffin, who scored 17 goals for Forest Green this season, is available on a free transfer after Forest Green allowed his contract to run out.
And Wycombe appear to be heading the chase despite competition from their two League Two rivals.
Griffin chose to train with them in the final fortnight of the season, after the Conference campaign finished, and Gorman has invited him to return for pre-season in a bid to seal a move to Adams Park.
Blues will face the long trip to Carlisle next season after the Cumbrians beat Stevenage Borough in Saturday evening's Conference Play-off final.
