SWIMMING: Katherine Shaw took four first places at the Kate Luck Meet at Barnet.
The ten-year-old Amersham Swimming Club member triumphed in the 200m free, 200m back, 200m Individual Medley and 200m fly.
In the same age group, George Holgate grabbed three first places, in the 400m IM, 200 fly and 200m free.
Sarah Pickin, 11, won the 200m breastroke and also came third in the 400m free.
Nine-year-old Nicola Burlingham won three silver medals while Alessandra Quincey added another.
Georgina Tasker, 12, came second in the 200 fly and came third in the 400m individual medley while Alice Barraclough added another bronze.
Elsewhere, Amersham's Emily Holgate swam a 400m free National Qualifying time in the Aldershot(long course) Designated Meet while Jessie Porter was a fingernail away from doing likewise.
At Crystal Palace in the Southern Counties Youth Championships, 17-year-old Chris Clements made two finals finishing fourth in the 200m breastroke and seventh in the 100m breast. Gareth Fowler was fourth in the 100m back final and Matt Paget made the final of the 200m backstroke.
