TONY Adams has swooped for Aston Villa youngster Luke Moore, signing him on a month's loan.
And the Wycombe manager reckons there's more to come, with another four ready to be signed before the end of the year.
He said: "I think five will be the total. One has already come in so there's four to come, some on loans and some on end-of-season contracts to fulfil the short-term goal of staying in Division Two.
"I need to bring more people in. I know where players can play now and where they can't play.
"It's taken me a month to come to these conclusions but I've now judged everything and submitted a full analytical paper to the chairman, who's well-up on the situation, and I will slowly put things right."
Adams is also bothered that there are not enough chances for youngsters to play and that there aren't enough youngsters good enough to play at first team level.
He said: "There is a bottle neck. Decision were not made and unfortunately, I'm the one that is having to clear the deadwood to give the opportunity for kids to come through.
"Having said that, there isn't a lot of kids coming through. The youth programme is a problem.
"The football in the community is very strong but the centre of excellence is not that rewarding.
Moore, 17, was initially approached by caretaker manager John Gorman but turned down the chance to play for Wycombe until Adams stepped in with a fresh offer.
The England U17 international bagged more than 20 goals for Villa's reserves last season and was a member of their 2002 FA Youth Cup-winning side, although he is yet to make his debut for the Villains.
But the youngster has his chance of playing first team football as Wanderers look to get the goals that will give them a vital win against Notts County tomorrow.
