WANDERERS have agreed a £100,000 fee with Peterborough United for the sale of fans' favourite Sergio Torres.
The midfielder, who passed a medical at London Road at lunchtime, joins the League One side in a £200,000 package deal with Russell Martin.
A statement said: "We've agreed a combined fee of £200,000 which reflects the value of the club for the players at £100,000 each."
Some £18,000 of that Torres fee will now go to his former club Basingstoke Town who insisted upon a cut of any of the profits when they sold the Argentinian to Wycombe three years ago in a £5,000 deal which increased to £17,000 after Torres made 40 appearances.
