The Wycombe Wanderers Women U18s lost their first game of 2023, as they were defeated 2-0 away against Fulham.
The Chairgirls were boosted with fresh faces as Ruby Harris and Nikol Angelova played their inaugural appearances for the team and were eager to impress.
Despite Wycombe’s best efforts, they were unable to convert their opportunities during the first-half.
Five changes were made to try and break down the Cottagers, but it was the West London side that prevailed, as they defeated Wanderers 2-0.
Up next for Wycombe is a home match against Notts County at the 1978 Stadium.
The match will start at 10.30am.
On the same weekend, the first team will take on Badshot Lea FC in a friendly match, whilst the reserve will play Denham United.
Both of these fixtures will take place on January 15 at 2pm.
