CHILTERN Ladies Basketball team made it 11 games without defeat recently.

They notched up another two victories during the week with wins over Swindon Sonics in the Wessex League and against Aldworth Arrows, who they knocked out of the semi-final of the Wessex League Cup Competition in a hard fought 54-49 game on Sunday in High Wycombe.

In their game against Aldworth, Chiltern had an impressive start racing into a first quarter lead of 18-5 with five different players getting on to the score sheet.

Aldworth were more competitive in the second quarter as they drew 15-15 but they were unable to contain Chiltern's Emma Harris, who hit ten points in the quarter.

Captain Vicky Clayden and Anne Woods added ten and 14 points respectively, whilst the game's top scorer was Aldworth's England player Caroline Turner who scored 22 points.
