Wycombe midfielder Olly Pendlebury has earned himself a spot in the current EFL Team of the Week.
The 19-year-old, who joined this summer on a free transfer from Reading, scored twice in Wanderers’ 3-1 victory away at Cheltenham Town on August 14 – his first goals in only his second league appearance of his career.

He also made an appearance in the League One Team of the Week, alongside Joe Jacobson and Sam Vokes.
The latter scored his first goal for the club in the victory, which was his first strike in league football since July 4, 2020, when he bagged the first in a 4-1 win for Stoke against Barnsley.
