New signing Admiral Muskwe, who is on loan from Leicester City, is in contention to be given his first start for Wycombe this weekend.
The Chairboys will take on Preston North End in the FA Cup on Saturday at Adams Park – their first cup match at the stadium since the 2-1 loss to Tranmere Rovers in November 2019.
The former England youth international trained with the squad for the first time on January 5 and will be hoping to make his first appearance as a Wycombe player on Saturday.

His arrival will boost Wycombe’s attacking options, as the club have only scored 17 goals in all competitions this season.
Ainsworth said: “Admiral is in contention to start.
“Everyone has a chance to start, it’s the FA cup, which I always take seriously.
“Admiral has been brought here because we have been a little goal shy in my opinion and he’s a centre-forward who has got potential.
“We can’t afford a seasoned Championship goal scorer because they cost an absolute fortune and Rob Couhig is already pushing this club more than it has ever been pushed with finances.
“He’s done unbelievably to back me and I still think there is still more work to be done in the window.
“He is keen on helping to strengthen the squad but we can’t start paying millions of pounds like Championship clubs do.

“It would be a crazy thing for this club to start doing that.
“We’ve got a good squad to choose from, only Anthony Stewart is still out injured.
“Everyone else will be in contention.”
