Wycombe Wanderers' manager and assistant manager Gareth Ainsworth and Richard Dobson have won the LMA’s Performance of the Week award, after the Chairboys’ victory against Birmingham City on November 4.
The Adams Park outfit came back from behind to defeat the Blues, with goals from Scott Kashket and an own goal from Kristian Pedersen sealing Wycombe’s first win against Birmingham since 1994.

It was also the club’s inaugural Championship victory on the road.
However, Ainsworth wasn’t at St Andrew’s to celebrate the win as he is currently recovering from back surgery, so Dobson held the fort, as he did against Sheffield Wednesday and Nottingham Forest.
The win was recognised by the League Managers Association.
The LMA panel, comprising of chairman Howard Wilkinson, Sir Alex Ferguson, Joe Royle, Dave Bassett, Barry Fry, Paul Ince, and Rachel Yankey, determined that the Performance of the Week Award, in association with Sky Sports Soccer Saturday, should go to Wycombe.
The experienced and highly distinguished panel has managed a combined total of over 6,500 competitive matches in professional football.
Dobson received a celebratory bottle of champagne, courtesy of Tanners Wines, and the LMA Performance of the Week trophy on behalf of the whole coaching team.
