Wycombe manager Gareth Ainsworth has hinted that they’ll ‘definitely be one or two’ more signings before the transfer window shuts.
The club have signed seven players so for this summer with Uche Ikpeazu, Daryl Horgan, Curtis Anderson and Ryan Tafazolli all joining the Chairboys, with Giles Phillips, Jason McCarthy and David Stockdale returning to Adams Park on permanent deals following their loan spells last season.

But the 47-year-old was coy on who might be joining the club, and was tight-lipped when asked about his team selection for the season opener against Rotherham.
He said: “The budget [£1.5] has gone up to about the high ones and to be promoted on that is brilliant.
“The budget has been increased because of wage raises and signing of contracts for when we got promoted – we never thought we had to pay these, but we had to now!”
“We’ve more than likely got one of the lowest budgets in the Championship, but it is not all about money and I have moaned about money in the past.
“The gulf in League's One and Two is phenomenal.

“There are some teams in our league which are in the high 10s of millions - 70, 80m, and it is stratospheric compared to where we are.
“So, we’re going to go on the spirit and momentum we have, which are key elements that you can’t really put a price on.
“You can put a price on a brilliant goal scorer or a fantastic speciesism, but you cannot put a price on team togetherness which is a really important thing here at Wycombe.”
Since Ainsworth took over the job in the 2012/13 season and prior to this summer, Wycombe had only signed five players which involved a transfer fee between 2012 and 2019.
Those players were Danny Rowe and Michael Harriman (2015/16 season), Dayle Southwell (2016/17 season), Jason McCarthy (2018/19 season) and Fred Onyedinma (2019/20 season).
So far this summer, Wycombe have already signed four players involving fees to other clubs.

Ainsworth continued: “The brilliant thing is that some players who have dismissed us a few times have had a few text messages from their agents about us which is great.
“I have to say that I had one agent put a £2m price tag on somebody and I thought this is crazy!
“This is still Wycombe Wanderers, but my phone has been ringing off the hook and it has been great.
“Six years ago we got some nominal stuff for Michael Harriman.
“Like £2,000/£3,000 and that was with add-ons.
“But to actually put money out for someone, have a price put on the table and we can go, 'yeah, we can actually do that', is fantastic, like with Daryl Horgan from Hibs and he’ll be a fantastic acquisition for us.

“I actually felt a little bit of pressure because it was the first transfer I have made using the club’s money.
“Usually we get free transfers or players that were told that they wouldn’t make it."
Wycombe's Championship season starts on September 12 at home to Rotherham.
