WYCOMBE Squash and Racket Club have broadened their coaching reach with a series of mini-squash sessions at junior schools in the area.
They have recently hosted sessions at St Michael’s School and Burford School with the intention of introducing more children to the sport.
Meanwhile, in Bucks Squash League Division One, champions and leaders Chesham Bois 1A beat their 1B clubmates 15-7 to stay top.
But their lead has been cut to two points after Beaconsfield Tigers maintained their 100 per cent start with a 19-5 triumph over Wycombe Squash and Racket Club.
In Division Two, WSRC 2s emphasised their domination with a 19-3 thrashing of Chesham Bois Juniors in their top-of-the-table clash.
Petr Nedzarilik and Goff Power both won 3-0 before Chris Popham saw off Simon Clark 3-2.
Further victories from Mark Brown and Andy Walters against Tom Ormiston and Andy Piper completed the rout.
In Division Three, WSRC 3s beat Buckingham 16-9 and WSRC 4s beat Chesham 1879 2s 18-5.
Elsewhere, Wycombe Ladies Swans were beaten 13-5 by Beaconsfield Stripes.
Bethan Draper won her match 3-0 for the Swans, but defeats for Dana Morgan, Brenda Ede and Marian Holmes sealed it.
Katie Shaoul, Leona McNamee and Irene Machin were Beaconsfield’s winners.
