CHESHAM United lost ground on Southern Premier League leaders Hemel Hempstead with a 3-2 defeat last night.
They were beaten at Biggleswade Town despite twice equalising through James Potten after 33 and 50 minutes.
At the same time, leader Hemel were winning 3-0 against Burnham.
There is now a four point gap between first and second, and second and third.
