A natural swimming pond, a hand car wash canopy, and a bank demolition are just some of the many applications submitted to Bucks Council in the last week.

Here is a selection of just some of the latest plans that the council’s planning officers will now decide.

Householder application for creation of natural swimming pond and associated works - 21/06700/FUL

S Smith and J Howells have submitted to Bucks Council a planning application for the “Bramley” property, Stocking Lane, Naphill.

Plans detail ‘an engineering operation to create a new natural swimming pond with all necessary works’.

The applicant is now awaiting a decision from Bucks Council.

Re-siting of hand car wash container with new canopy and associated development thereto - 21/06690/FUL 

Hillier Nurseries Ltd has submitted to Bucks Council a planning application for Hillier Garden Centre, Pump Lane South, Little Marlow.

The proposal is for a hand car wash and valeting service.

Hillier Nurseries is now awaiting a decision from the local authority.   

Householder application for conversion of existing garage to habitable accommodation and construction of single-storey rear extension - 21/06722/FUL

Mr and Mrs Browne have submitted to Bucks Council a planning application for Cliffords Way, Bourne End.

An existing garage will be made into accommodation, and permission for a rear extension is also sought.

Bucks Council is yet to decide the application.

Demolition of barn and erection of outbuilding - PL/21/2074/FA 

Burnham Beeches Golf Club Limited has submitted to Bucks Council planning application for the club, on Green Lane, in Burnham.

Plans detail a replacement timber-clad outbuilding for where green keeping materials are currently stored.

Bucks Free Press: Demolition of existing building and erection of pair of semi-detached dwellings, with associated parking, amenity, and bin/cycle storage - 21/06728/FUL

Mr Sandy Mattoo, of Lloyds Bank, has submitted to Bucks Council a planning application for the old branch, on Church Path, in Stokenchurch.

Plans detail the ‘demolition of the existing bank building – which is not currently in use - and the erection of a pair of semi-detached three-bedroom houses’ – both bound for the housing market.

The applicant is now awaiting a decision from the council.
