A crash on the M40 is causing severe delays near Beaconsfield.
A collision between two cars has taken place on the southbound carriageway of the motorway heading towards London, between Junction 2 and Junction 1A.
According to Highways England, the carriageway has been reduced to two lanes while staff work to clear the incident.
The incident has resulted in severe congestion on the motorway, with delays of up to 30 minutes against expected traffic.
Highways England anticipates that normal traffic conditions will be restored by around 3pm.
It is not yet clear if anyone involved in the incident was injured.
