A Section 34 Dispersal notice under the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 has been obtained in Milton Keynes.
This comes after several residents have reported numerous incidents of anti-social behaviour on the Lakes Estate within the town.
The notice was authorised at 11pm on Wednesday, June 16 and will last until the same time on Friday, June 18.
It will cover Water Eaton Road, the A4146, Stoke Road and the West Coast Rail Line, with the notice being authorised by Inspector Turner- Robson.

In a brief Facebook post by TVP Milton Keynes, they said: “The dispersal power will enable officers and PCSO’s to direct a person who has committed, or is likely to commit, anti-social behaviour to leave a specified area and not return for a specified period of up to 48 hours.
“The test would be that the officer is satisfied on reasonable grounds that the person’s behaviour is contributing, or is likely to contribute to anti-social behaviour or crime or disorder in the area and that the direction is necessary to prevent the same (section 35(2) and (3).”
