TWO Gypsy families have appealed to the Planning Inspectorate after their proposals to move to a site in Flackwell Heath were rejected by a council.
Their plans to move onto a derelict plant nursery at 128 Heath End Road were rejected by Wycombe District Council's planning committee last week (see related links).
As previously reported by the Bucks Free Press, the families have been facing eviction from an unauthorised site in Walters Ash.
