A DOG show with a difference and a giant bottle of wine were among the attractions as Little Marlow residents enjoyed the fun of the fair at the weekend.
Hundreds turned up for the annual event on the village green on Bank Holiday Monday after an initial slow start due to menacing looking clouds looming overhead.
Children inspired by the summer's Olympic Games took part in a series of races, while their parents entered a raffle draw to try and win a 12 litre bottle of wine.
Star attraction though was the dog show, which had a few inventive categories.
Chairman of the organising committee Valerie Brownridge said: "The dog show's been a great success again. We had a few fun categories like dog that most resembles its owner, or dog with the waggiest tail - we made it fun rather than a beauty contest."
A few new attractions, including a car show and a bouncy castle, were added to this year's event.
Mrs Brownridge added: "There was a bit of a slow start as people were wanting to see what the weather would be like but it's non stop now, all the stalls are reporting really good business.
"We've had it lucky with the weather again. People told me for some reason we always get good weather for the fair.
"I'm really pleased with how it's gone - hopefully they all come again next year."
