THE same style of graffiti tags have been found sprayed across two different locations in High Wycombe, police said today.
On Tuesday, officers were made aware of graffiti tags which had been sprayed onto the walls of the underpass below Abbey Way.
On Friday, August10, graffiti tags were sprayed on a road sign and on a footpath barrier in Heathfield Road.
On both occasions the nature of the graffiti and gang tags are identical.
PC Dean Spain, from High Wycombe police station, said: “I would like to hear from anyone who can help identify those responsible, or if you saw anyone spraying tags in the area, please contact police.”
The incidents are being treated as cases of criminal damage, police said.
Anyone with information should contact PC Spain via the 24-hour Police Enquiry Centre on 101.
If you don't want to speak directly to the police you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or online at crimestoppers-uk.org.
