COLLECTING a bucket load of cash proved not to be a bridge too far for these two Beatles.
The spirit of Sargent Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band was invoked to aid Marlow Age Concern.
Suzanne Brown and Roland Young got dressed up as the classic 1960s pop characters to stand out on Marlow Bridge on August 4.
The amount, collected by a total of 32 volunteers, has been tallied now and £958.57 was raised throughout the town.
Jolliffe's of West Street provided the outfits.
Mrs Brown, manager of the Marlow branch in Glade Road, said: "I would like to thank everyone that helped to make this a successful street collection."
