Caber Fiedh, Colville Road, High Wycombe. Householder application for basement extension to the rear with terrace over and insertion of rear dormer in connection with loft conversion.
51A New Road, Stokenchurch. Crown lift to 5 metres and crown thin by 10% to Beech Tree (T1), crown lift to 5 metres and crown thin by 10% to Lime Tree (T2), crown lift to 5 metres and tip reduce laterals extending over roof space by 1 metre to Ash Tree (T3), and remove lowest branch over drive to Lime Tree (T4).
226 Cressex Road, High Wycombe. Householder application for construction of single storey side and rear extension.
Troway, The Drive, Bourne End. Reduce by 10% and remove dying branches from one Horse Chestnut Tree (T1). Crown reduction by 10% to one Oak Tree (T1) 135 Totteridge Lane, High Wycombe. Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of 3 x 5 bed detached dwellings with associated garages and access (alternative scheme to planning ref 10/07803/FUL allowed on Appeal on 5th September 2011).
11 Institute Road, Marlow. Householder application for the demolition of existing single storey rear extension and the erection of a new single storey side extension.
Liston Court, High Street, Marlow. Installation of green broadband cabinet (PCP025 High Street).
Vale Cottage, 3 Bottom Road, Radnage. Householder application for the construction of a single storey side extension including porch. Certificate of proposed lawfulness for change of use of garage to family area and utility room (ancillary accommodation).
39 Penn Road, Hazlemere. Householder extension for the erection of a 2 storey side porch extension.
Crown Cars, 1 Desborough Avenue, High Wycombe. Use of car park for carwash and valeting service (handwash).
Chiltern District Council
Land Adjacent To Jewsons, Chesham Road, Hyde End. Freestanding wind turbine.
