A DEVELOPER has put forward new proposals to transform a historic building in High Wycombe into student accommodation.

The plans would create 33 bed sits in the Clock House building in Frogmoor. A previous scheme including 35 separate units was rejected by Wycombe District Council earlier this month. Click link below for more details.
