They conducted the three warrants, in Grenfell Avenue and Rutland Avenue, in the Castlefield area, under the firearms act.
An arrest was made following this morning’s operation and officers spoke to residents of the area to address any concerns they may have.
Insp Tim McGirr, based at High Wycombe police station, said today: “There are officers from the neighbourhood policing team in the area to reassure residents that these warrants are part of our ongoing commitment to protect the community and bring any criminal elements to account.
“We have made an arrest following the warrants and officers remain at the scene carrying out their investigation.
“Our ongoing aim is to work in partnership with our communities to tackle crime in Wycombe and clamp down on criminals.”
