CHESHAM RFC U10s revealed a new toughness as they blitzed Watford in a sizzling second half display during a triangular tournament at the weekend.

They were four tries to nil behind at the break, but a hat-trick from Rhys James plus further scores from Alfie Bouchier (2) and Max Pearce completed the turnaround.

They were edged out 3-1 by Barnet in the other match.

Tim Williams was also in hat-trick mode against Watford at U11 level, helping his team to a 4-0 victory with Oliver Gill also crossing, although again Barnet proved too good in the other game.
