POLICE have released CCTV images of a man they want to speak to in connection with three robberies at Coral betting shops.

The stills were taken from cameras at the scene of the first robbery, the Coral bookmakers in Chalfont St Peter.

Two men went into the High Street store shortly after 6.35pm on December 28, where one pointed what was believed to be a handgun at staff and demanded money. The men then made off with cash.

The second robbery was at another Coral shop in Broadway, North Orbital Road, Denham on Sunday.

Two men, one of whom appeared to be carrying a shotgun, entered the shop between 8.10pm and 8.30pm and demanded that staff hand over money, before both made off with an undisclosed sum of cash.

The latest incident took place at Coral in High Street, Langley on Monday evening, when two men entered the shop at around 7.45pm. One was carrying a firearm, which was used to threaten staff, who handed over a small quantity of cash.

Investigating officer, Det Con Paul Cossey, said: “This was a horrible ordeal for all the staff involved, but thankfully no one was injured.

“We are appealing for anyone who witnessed the robberies, who saw these men, or who remembers any suspicious incidents in the areas before or after the robberies to come forward.”
