Losing return to league action for Bucks pair
HIGH Wycombe RFC and Marlow both suffered losing returns to league action this weekend.
Wycombe were beaten 29-21 at Swanage in South West 1 East, while Marlow went down 22-8 at home to Reading Abbey in the same division.
There was some good news for Bucks teams though, with Beaconsfield strengthening their grip on Southern Counties North with a 48-12 win over Alchester.
They are now eight points clear of second-placed Grove.
