TWO men were disturbed trying to force their way into a house in Marlow.
They ran off when the occupant of the house in Dean Street heard them and called the police.
The attempted break-in happened at around 7.30pm on Thursday December 29 and Thames Valley Police have today made an appeal for information to help catch the culprits.
Police describe the offenders as white, both approximately 5ft 11ins tall, in their twenties, slim, and wearing hooded tops, one of which was grey.
Both men had scarves covering the bottom half of their faces at the time of the incident and one of them had greenish coloured eyes.
Anyone with information should contact Thames Valley Police on 101 or the Crimestoppers charity anonymously on 0800 555 111.
