CASH was stolen from the safe of a High Wycombe bookmakers after men forced their way in through a fire exit and forced a cashier to the floor.
Two men broke into the Coral bookies in Cressex Road via a fire door on the side of the building at 10.15pm on Sunday.
They forced the lone member of staff – a 20-year-old woman – to the floor before leading her to the counter area where they stole an undisclosed amount of money from the safe, police said today.
Police said the female staff member was not injured during the raid.
The first man is described as white and was wearing dark clothing, a light coloured bandana and an over-the-shoulder bag.
The second man is described as black and was wearing a dark jacket with grey on the shoulders and inside the hood.
He was wearing Adidas trainers with white stripes, a light coloured scarf and was carrying a black holdall.

• Two men - aged 18 and 19 - and a 20 year old woman have been arrested on suspicion of robbery.
They have been released on bail until December 15.
