ABOUT once a month, I go to a Wycombe Wanderers home match and, with a friend, sit in the Frank Adams stand.
Although I find going to Adams Park an enjoyable experience, one thing takes the edge off my day.
About ten minutes before the start of the match, the PA system plays an anthem, a decibel or two below the pain barrier.
The acoustics may be different in other parts of the ground but I would respectfully ask that the volume is reduced, where we sit.
