A MAN was assaulted by a group of youngsters who tried to rob him in Wycombe on Tuesday.
The 21-year-old was walking in Desborough Street at about 6.15pm, when a group of six Asian boys, all aged between about 14 and 18 years old, asked him for his belongings.
When he refused, he was assaulted, leaving him with a swollen lip and a bloody nose. Nothing was stolen.
The assailant is described as 5ft 7ins and slim, with black floppy hair, some facial hair, and wearing a red unbranded hooded top.
The victim did not require hospital treatment.
