BINGO is returning to the Community Centre on Fridays starting tonight. Eyes down at 9pm.
GOOD NEIGHBOURS meet on Monday in the Comunity Centre at 8pm.
AUTUMN SHOW prizewinners included John Mace, Andrew Barrow, Debbie Hazelton, Ena Jennings, Maureen Rigg, Chris Schwarz and John Bone.
PRE-SCHOOL PLAY GROUP have their Harvest Festival on Wednesday at 10am. The festival will start with a short church service where children can hand over their harvest goods to be distributed to a local charity, Women's Aid. All packaged and tinned goods will be gratefully received but no fresh produce please.
Children, parents and carers are then invited back into the hall for all the usual fun and games including: guess the weight of the veg basket, find the scarecrow, lucky dip, craft activity and refreshments.
Children are invited to bring along a vegetable person for the competition although it doesn't have to be all their own work and there will be a prize for the best one on the day.
Donations of fruit and vegetables would be appreciated for the church display. Also any donations of biscuits or cakes for the refreshments.
Please note, children who usually attend on a Wednesday morning should turn up at the normal time.
