THE Amersham Festival of Music 2005 series of winter concerts begins again this month.
The long running festival will be presenting four concernts at St Mary's Church in Old Amersham.
Beethoven, Haydn and Tchaikovsky will all be featured on Friday, October 28. Dvorak, Janacek and Holst will ring in the festive season on December 2.
The live classical music will continue into the new year with two further performances on January 13 and February 10.
The first Amersham Festival ran for a week in 1983. More than twenty years later it runs for more than three weeks and is so successful it added a winter season a few years ago.
