FANCY A CUPPA? Come along to either the village hall or the School Room in Cryers Hill and support the World's Biggest Coffee Morning today in aid of Macmillan Cancer Relief. Both events start at 10am and continue until midday.
AN HOUR TO SPARE? If so please do come along and plant some spring bulbs on the corner of Pipers Lane and Missenden Road at 2pm tomorrow. Then there'll be a dazzling display in the spring.
CRYERS HILL METHODIST CHURCH are inviting us to their Sunday Services; 10.30am Holy Communion with preacher Rev Moira Peters, 5.30pm prayer meeting and 6pm for a service led by the fellowship. On Tuesday at 7.30pm the singing group meet and on Wednesday at 7.30pm there is a bible study group. All are welcome.
GET READY FOR MAGIC, Music and Puppetry as Theatre in the Village is coming to our village hall next weekend. At 3pm Saturday, October 8 a performance of "Storm in a Teacup" by Josh Elwell takes place. The performance is ideal for children aged five upwards.

FINALLY, DID YOU SEE over 20 toddlers enjoying the common last week? The under fives group were enjoying having their photos taken outside so they played on the swings and slides while waiting their turn. If you have, or look after, a toddler or baby then please do come along to the group on Thursday from 1.30pm to 3pm in the village hall.
