A CHESHAM town and district councillor, who lost a leg due to diabetes, has presented thousands of pounds in donations to Amersham Hospital.
Cllr Derek Lacey presented the hospital's Vascular Department with a cheque of £7,133. This is the second donation from Cllr Lacey, 62, having already made a donation of £18,000 towards the hospital's eye clinic. He said: "The money comes partly from personal donations, from church collections, and from Barclays Bank."
