STUPPLES & Co has been nominated for the title Property Adviser of the Year in this year's Estates Gazette awards.
Alan Stupples and his co-partner Michael Garvey believe it's the first time a Wycombe agent has been in the running for the annual awards bestowed by the commercial property industry's esteemed magazine.
The past few months have seen big changes for the company founded in 1979 by Bob Stupples.
Following Bob's decision last October to retire from front line duties and become a consultant, Michael Garvey joined the firm to run the Wycombe office and Alan opened an Aylesbury office on the Midshires Business Park in Smeaton Close.
To underline the message that Stupples is looking to increase its market share by widening its geographical area, the company has sharpened its marketing strategy, made a further investment in technology, created a new website and now has a regular spot on the local radio station Mix 107.
Latest news is that Duncan Blowers has joined the Wycombe office to work on the agency side.
The 2005 Estates Gazette's commercial property awards will be presented at a gala dinner in London on September 26.
