A BURST water pipe in Beaconsfield Old Town sent dirty, black water gushing down the A40 last week. The leak, which started on Friday, was located around 500 metres up from the Jet Petrol Station has now been stopped.
Judith Hill, from Flackwell Heath, drove through the water.
She said: "The smell was awful."
