CREATIVE art students at Princes Risborough Upper School displayed their work at an exhibition.
Portraits, landscapes and three-dimensional exhibits from all year groups were put on show.
Pupils due to join the school in Merton Road in September, and local residents, were invited to take a look at the artwork.
John MacKay, head of art at the school, was impressed with the quality of the work on show.
He said: "I was really pleased with the diversity of the work. This was the first time we have displayed work from the whole school and it was very successful."
Mr MacKay said some Year 9 pupils would be undertaking a fast track one year art GCSE.
He added: "They are really talented kids."
Next year the school will take part in Bucks Open Studios, a county-wide exhibition of all crafts by the best-loved artists in the area.
Mr MacKay said: "That will give them even more public exposure."
